Dear Student

1. T he wind blows because of differences in air pressure from one location to another. Wind blows from areas of high pressure towards areas of low pressure. If the high pressure area is very close to the low pressure area, or if the pressure difference is very great, the wind can blow very fast. 

2. When we blow air in between the balloons, speed of air between the balloons increases. This creates low pressure region between the balloons. As the air pressure outside higher, it will push the balloons to the low pressure region. Hence, the balloons will come closer.
