Given: ABCD are four collinear points
Now AB > AC
â‡’C lies in the interior of AB (1)
also AC > DC
â‡’D lies in the interior of AC
â‡’D lies in the interior of AB (from (1))

Hence from (1) and (2) we can conclude that D and C are interior
points of AB
