A car travels 432 km on 48 litres of petrol. How far would it travel on 20 litres of petrol?

x= 432*20/48
x= 185 km

Given,   48 L of  Petrol gives 432 km of distance for the car.
So, we can take   48L = 432 km
       => 1L of Petrol  =  432 / 48 km.

 So, 20 Litres of Petrol = 432 / 48 * 20 km =  9 * 20 =  180 km.

Therefore, the car will travel 180 km on 20 litres of Petrol.
