Let r = radius of base of cone
Let h = height of cone
Now, h = 28 cm
Volume of cone = 1650 cm3
⇒ 13π r2h = 1650⇒ 13 × 227 × r2
× 28 = 1650⇒ r2 = 1650 × 388⇒ r2 =
2254⇒ r = 152 = 7 5 cm

Area of base of cone = π r2= 227 × 2254 = 176 79 cm2
