Line of symmetry means the line which divides the given figure into two equal identical halves.

Order of Rotational symmetry means the number of times a figure can be rotated in the range of 0 to 360 degrees in order to attain the same configuration. 

Example - A kite is a quadrilateral which has only 1 line of symmetry and no rotational symmetry of order more than 1.
