a) Why do we see different variety of organisms around us? b) In which type of reproduction – i) Off springs are identical? ii) Exact similar offspring‘s are not produced? . How do species of two isolated subpopulations become two different species?

a) We see different variety of oranigsms around us due to variations in their DNA copying.
b)i)Offsprings are exactly identical to their parents in asexual reproduction.ii) In sexual reproduction similar offsprings are not produced due to variation in DNA copying.
Species of two isolated subpopulations become two different species because these sub populations are separated by geographical isolation and there is no flow of gene so these sub populations cannot interbreed. So they interbreed with the local population and undergo variation these variations accumulate for a long period of time causing two different species.
