aim: to prove that liquids exert equal pressure at same depth

materials: empty plastic bottle, compass, water

procedure:-
1. take the empty bottle and drill 4 holes all around near the bottom of bottle.
2. make sure that the holes are at the same height from the the bottom of bottle.
3. now fill the bottle with water.

observation: different streams of water coming out of the holes fall at same distance from the bottle.

conclusion: liquids exert equal pressure at same depth
