Akshit's father's present age is nine times the square of Akshit's age. 32 years hence, his father's age will be double of his agethen. Find their present age
Suppose Akshit's present age is x years.
Since Akshit's father's present age is nine times the square of Akshit's age,
So, Akshit's father's peresent age = years
32 years hence, Akshit's father's age = years and Akshit's age = x + 32 years
Now according to the question, 32 years hence, Akshit's father's age will be double of his age then, so we have;
Since age can't be in negative, so we have x = 2
Therefore Akshit's present age is 2 years.
And Akshit's father's present age = = 36 years.
