An electrostatic precipitator in a thermal power plant is not able to generate high voltage of several thousands. Write the ecological implication because of it.

Electrostatic precipitator is a process used in thermal power plants to control pollution, that is caused by flue gasses. These gases carries dust particles, fly ash etc. This dust and fly ash is carried by precipitator in dry form and is removed in either dry or wet form. If the precipitator is not able to generate high voltage, then this will lead to air pollution.
