Are 80 degrees and 40 degrees possible to be constructed with the use of ruler and compass ? If so, please explain how and please let me know what all angles can be constructed using the ruler and compass.

The angle measuring 40° and 80° cannot be constructed using a ruler and compass. It can be constructed using a protractor.

The angles measuring 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, 135°, 150°, 165° and 180°, i.e., all multiples of 15° can be constructed using the compass.
