Are terms 'action' and'reaction'forces interchangeable in Newton's third law of motion?

Dear student,
According to Newton's 3rd law, every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
Mathematically both "action" and "reaction" has same magnitude that acts in opposite direction.
So, action and reaction force can be used interchangeably, as if there is an action force, then there must be a reaction force of same magnitude just in opposite direction.
