Selfless service
One day a man completed his work at the office .He thought that he had to travel 10 km.The time was 7 pm.He waited at the taxi stand for half an hour.It was his daily habit of waiting for a share car,taxi or a public transport.He wanted to pay fare at a nominal cost.He offered 10 rupees to a driver but he refused.He thought that no car would come and was in vain.Afrter waiting for a long time at the stand suddenly a costly car came driven by a non-Bengali youth.He stopped the car to pick passengers.The man asked him"Can you please lift me to my house".He told"Yes I will".He picked him up and other people of different stops and went on.The man thought that this was a costly car and needed more money.He hesitated to offer 10 rupees.Then he took out 50 rupees.He offered the money to the driver.He told,"I always help the helpless travellers for no return.I need no money."After some time his home came.The driver dropped him up in his house.In a hurry,he said good bye and the man also greeted him"Thank you".The driver left the place with other passengers.
