Can average speed of a moving body be zero? Explain.

As we know that Average Speed= Total Distance Covered / Total time taken
The average speed will be zero if and only if total distance covered is zero, from the above formula.

Now if total time taken is zero means average speed would be infinite which is never possible. Also the distance covered can never be zero as its a moving body which is not at rest. Thus Average speed of a moving body can never be zero

No it cannot be zero as the formula for average speed is total distance/total time . If we will come back to the starting point also then also there is distance covered . So it cannot be zero.

yes the average speed of moving body be zero if the body is at rest position

No the average speed of a moving body can't be zero only it's velocity can be zero.
