Yes, human clones can be made by taking the nucleus of the person to be cloned and fusing it with an egg cell whose nucleus has been removed and then implanting it in a surrogate mother. After gestation period a clone of the person whose nucleus has been used is born. For ethical and other factors human cloning is not practiced. 

First hybrid human clones were created in 1998 by SCNT (somatic cell nuclear transfer). Nucleus taken from man's leg were transferred to cow's egg whose nucleus has been removed which developed into embryo and was destroyed due to ethical concern.
