can i get difference between oestrus cycle and menstrual cycle please

In  non-primitive  mammals  like  rats,sheeps,dogs,cows and  tigers  the  cyclic  change  in  activities of  overis  and  oviduct  is  called  oestrus  cycle

On  the  otherhand  in  primitive  mammals  like  monkeys,apes  and we  human beings the cyclic  change  in  overies  and  oviduct  is called  mensural  cycle

The basic difference is that there is no bleeding phase in oestrous cycle and also it depends on the breeding season of the animal and accordingly there are monooestrous(1cycle in a breeding season) and polyoestrous(more than 1 cycles) animals.

but bleeding phase is there and...it is known as heat or the time when the eggs are released 

oestrus cycle refers to changes that take place in reproductive organs in non primate females n no menstruation occurs at the end of the cycle whereas

menstrual cycle refers to cyclic changes takin place in reproductive organs in primayte females n menstruation occurs at the end of the cycle.....!

1. bleeding takes place

2. Coapulation takes place any time 

3.Broken endometrium is reabsorbed

Oestrus Cycle

1.No bleeding

2.Female permits Coapulation only when in Oestrus(heat period)

3. broken endometrium is re-absorbed.........

Oestrous cycle:-

The females of placental mammals exhibit cyclical changes in the activities of ovaries and accessory ducts as well as hormones during the reproductive phase. These cyclical changes during reproduction, in non primate mammals like -cow, dogs are known as oestrous cycle.

Menstrual cycle;-

The ovary releases one egg every month. The uterus also prepares itself every month to receive to receive a fertilized egg. The inner uterus lining (endometrium) becomes thick and is supplied with blood to nourish the embryo. If the egg is not fertilized, then the uterus lining is not required. Hence, it breaks down and is released in the form of blood and mucus through the vagina. This process lasts for 2-8 days. This cycle occurs every month and is known as menstruation. Hence, the menstrual cycle is the reproductive cycle in the female body. It begins with the onset of puberty.

Oestrus cycle refers to the cyclical changes that occur during reproductive phase in non-primate mammals such as cow, rats, dogs etc. Whereas menstrual cycle refers to the cyclical changes that occur during reproductive phase in primate mammals such as monkey and humans.

Oestrous cycle takes place animals like cow, goat, sheep etc. while menstrual cycle takes place in humans, apes monkies atc.|
