Can we make a box at the end displaying the keywords like "smth" for something or dng for doing in note making? Can we do like that? Please tell me! My final exam is TOMORROW! HELP!

Yes, you have to make a key with the abbreviations used. But, please note that universally accepted short forms should be used. You cannot abbreviate any word.

and it must consist of 4-5 only
something can be written as some'ng
abbreviations u make must make some sense and should indicate the word otherwise its meaningless

No, you can't do that. Short forms for words are never allowed in English subject. You will have to write the whole word - something, doing, etc.

@Amit, where in the world are you ? THIS IS 11TH AND WE'RE ALLOWED TO MAKE THEM IN ABB.FORM AS OF NOTE MAKING!
