Can you explain me bisection of rectangle and square .

Hi,
The diagonals of a square bisect it into two equal parts also joining the mid point of side to the opposite side bisect it
similarily the same goes with rectangle.
Although there can be more line of bisection but basic lines are these

  • 0
it bisect  from corner to corner
  • 0
The rectangle has the following properties: All the properties of a parallelogram apply (the ones that matter here are parallel sides, opposite sides are congruent, and diagonals bisect each other). All angles are right angles by definition. The diagonals are congruent.

and one cannot bisect a square. The diagonals of a square intersect (cross) in a 90 degree angle.
