can you give me simple defination of air excerts pressure

Air does exert pressure as it is a mixture of many gases...

We can consider a few examples when we experience the pressure bearing capacity of air (or any gas).

(1) When we try to fill up a balloon with air its size increases and after a point, its bursts.

(2) Same, but when filling a bicycle tire.

(3) The pressure exerted by wind, which is air flowing from one point to another.

AnswerWith atmospheric pressure, air tends to move clockwise away from high pressure and counterclockwise toward low pressure in the Northern Hemisphere. A large change in pressure over a relatively small distance, a large pressure gradient can result in strong winds. On weather maps, locations of equal pressure are connected by isobars, typically drawn as white lines. When the isobars are tightly packed, locations within that large pressure gradient can expect windy conditions.
