Can you separate two hemispheres if all the air is.sucked from them?

No, we can not separate the hemisphere if all the air is sucked. It is because when we suck out all air from inside then there create vacuum and thus the pressure differcnce create equal to atmospheric pressure . So to separate them we have to apply pressure greater then atmospheric pressure.
