3y=1+2x
y=1+2x / 3

LET x = 3 root 2

y = 1 * 2 ( 3 root 2 ) /3
=  1*6 /3
=  2

Here y =2 which is not equal to given value .
Therefore it is not a solution of 3y-2x=1
