I'm giving only steps not the drawing.

To construct a triangle PQR in which angle Q = 60 degree angle R=45 degree and PQ+QR+RP= 10 cm.

Steps:
1. Draw a line segment AB of 10 cm.(as PQ+QR+RP=10 cm.
2. Construct an angle, angle YBA of 45 degree at point B and angle XAB of 60 degree at point A.
3. Bisect angle YBA and angle XAB. Let these bisectors intersect each other at point P.
4. Draw perpendicular bisector ST of AP and UV of BP.
5. Let ST intersect AB at Q and UV intersect AB at R. Join PQ and PR. Triangle PQR is the required triangle.
