Dear sir, Give 5 example of decomposition reaction in our daily day to day life

Solution
A decomposition reaction is a type of chemical reaction in which a compound breaks down into two or more substances.
Examples-
1. Hydrogen peroxide bubble up when you pour it on a wound. That’s a decomposition reaction.

2H2O22H2O + O2

2. When you open a fresh soda, the fizzing reaction that occurs is the result of a decomposition reaction:

H2CO3H2O+CO2

3. Another decomposition reaction occurs when water (H2O) breaks down to produce hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) gases . This happens when an electric current passes through the water, as illustrated below. The equation for this reaction is:

2 H2O  2 H2 + O2

4. While baking a cake with baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), decomposition leads to the formation of carbon dioxide, water and sodium carbonate.
2NaHCO3Na2CO3 + CO2+ H2O

5. Photographic films have a coating of silver bromide, which on exposure to light splits into silver and bromine.
2 AgBr (s) + sunlight  2 Ag (s) + Br2 (g)
