Difference between a fuel and inflammable substances... Is it that all inflammable substances are fuels or is it that all fuels are inflammable substances?

Dear Student,
First an inflammable substance is someting that has very low ignition temperature and can easily catc fire with a flame.Examples of this are alcohol, petrol and LPG.
Now, fuel is someting that catches fire easily and so is an example of inflammable substances.
So, all fuels are inflammable substances.
