Insulin Adrenaline
It is a hormone produced by pancreas, which is mainly responsible for carbohydrate and fat metabolism in the body. It is a hormone and a neurotransmitter and is also known as epinephrine.
It helps the liver cells, muscle cells and fat tissue to take up glucose from the blood and storing it in the form of glycogen in these tissues. It plays a role in regulation of heart rate, air passage diameters, blood vessels etc. It is a vital component of fight-or- flight response of the nervous system.
