differentiate between different type of muscular tissue present on the animal body on the basis of there structure location and function draw there diagram also

Dear Student,

Striated muscle tissue Smooth Muscle tissue Cardiac muscle tissue
Also known as striped, voluntary or skeletal muscles. Also known as un striped, unstriated, involuntary or visceral muscles Striated and involuntary muscles.
They are long and cylindrical without tapering ends. They are elongated and spindle shaped with tapering ends. They are long, cylindrical and branched to form a network.
Intercalated discs are absent Intercalated discs are absent Intercalated discs are present at the junction of the cell membranes of adjacent cells.
Found attached to the skeleton and arranged in bundles. Hence, they are known as skeletal muscles. Found in the walls of the stomach, intestine, ducts of the glands, walls of arteries etc. Hence, they are known as visceral muscles Found in the walls of the heart. hence,
Multinucleated with the nuclei found in the periphery Uninucleate with the nucleus found in the centre of the cell. Uninucleate with centrally placed nucleus.
Myofibrils show prominent light and dark bands.Hence, they are called striped or striated muscles. Myofibrils do not show light and dark bands. Hence they are called un striped or unstriated muscles. Myofibrils show dark and light bands which are faint and less prominent.
Capable of quick and sustained contraction, which is under the control of our will. Hence they are known as voluntary muscles. Capable of slow and rhythmic contractions, which are not under the control of our will. Hence they are known as involuntary muscles. Capable of continuous rhythmic and autonomic contraction, which is not under the control of our will.
