Differentiate between mansabdari system and ijarah farming?

The following points may help you to draw comparisons:
a. Mughal emperor Akbar, introduced the mansabdari system, under which a Mansabdar who constituted the Mughal nobility and the military personnel as a composite class.
b. Their rank and salary were determined by a numerical value called zat. And was given a jagir as part of their salary corresponding to the rank,
c. These mansabdars were also known as jagirdars as they received jagirs as part of their revenue assignment.
On the other hand:
a. Ijara system was the revenue system which created a class of revenue farmers
b. Under this system land was given on contract as part of revenue assignment.
c. A fixed amount of revenue was to be collected from the Ijaradar, as mentioned in the contract.
d. Thus,there a emerged a relationship with rich bankers and merchants. These people lent money to revenue farmers, received land as security and collected taxes through agents.
e. The Mughals however, never approved of the ijaradari, revenue farmers.
