We follow these steps :

Step 1 : Draw a circle with radius 4 cm and center as ' O ' .

Step 2 :  Now we draw a chord that give us any two points on circle as ' A ' and ' B ' . and chord will be AB .

Step 3 : Now take any radius ( More than half of AB ) and center A and B we draw arc and draw a line that meet the intersect point and center ' O' and meet AB at M , so OM is perpendicular to AB .
