due to development abnormality, the mass of the left ventricle of an infant's heart is thin than that of the right what effect would it have on the circulation of the blood?

Dear student,

Generally, the left ventricle of heart is thicker i.e. it has thicker muscles because this side has to pump blood to all of the body parts with sufficient force and pressure.
While the right ventricle pumps blood only to the lungs for purification so thicker muscle walls are not required.

If muscle walls of left ventricle are thin, they would not allow the blood to reach all body parts efficiently with normal blood pressure and the heart would need to work harder.
