evaluate the history teacher and the math teacher as albert einstein...

Mr Braun the history teacher and Mr Koch the mathematics teacher were diametrically opposed to each other in terms of their teaching methods and interactions with students. Mr Braun emphasized upon factual information such as remembering dates while Mr Koch was more attuned towards analytical reasoning and application based learning which Albert preferred to Mr Braun's way of learning. The history teacher did not appreciate Albert's independent mode of enquiry and thirst for actual learning and not just studying but the mathematics teacher had already taken note of Albert's potential. It is evident from the fact that he wanted to write that Albert was leaving school because he had already learned what he had to do and could probably teach him now. While Mr Braun was cold and cruel, Mr Koch was appreciative and encouraging towards his students, nurturing their talents and egging them on when they asked difficult questions. Mr Braun considered these questions as an affront towards his credentials as a teacher.
