Dear student,
Endomysium is the connective tissue which which covers muscle fibres or muscle cell. Perimysium covers the bundles of muscle fibres called fascicles. Epimysium is the connective tissue which covers the entire muscles. Fascia is the connective tissue which is present above the epimysium, it also covers the entire muscles. It separates muscles from other organs.
Muscle fibre is the myocytes or muscle cell which contains sarcolemma (plasma membrane), sarcoplasm (cytoplasm), sarcoplasmic reticulum (endoplasmic reticulum).
