Experts please explain the highlighted part about the composition of lok sabha

Dear Student,

The Lok Sabha is made out of agents or representatives of individuals picked by direct political race based on grown-up testimonial. Of these, 530 individuals are straightforwardly chosen from the States and 13 from Union Territories, while two are assigned by the President to address the Anglo-Indian people group.
Somewhere in the range of 1952 and 2020, two seats were saved in the Lok Sabha, the lower place of the Parliament of India, for individuals from the Anglo-Indian people group. This can be done offically under such article as:
Article 331: It states that the President can nominate two members of the Anglo-Indian community to the Lok Sabha if the community is not adequately represented.
