a. The annual growth rate of population of India is more than double the growth rate of China, which implies that as compared to China, India will go through a heavy burden on all efforts to improve human welfare. Moreover, since the world is interconnected to a larger extent, it is a global problem that needs to be seriously addressed.
b.The gender ratio is also at a favourable side of China in comparison to India. Looking at it from an overall perspective, there can be various underlying factors towards the declining gender ratio. There is a wide scope of improvement in values which is needed specially in India, leaving all together the natural factors contributing to the gender ratio.
