Explain about ZOLLINGER FLLISON syndrome

Dear Student, Zollinger-ellison syndrome is a condition in which one or more cancer is formed in pancreas and duodenum. Normally, after eating body releases small amount of gastrin, which triggers the secretion of hydrochloric acid which further helps in the breakdown of food. In zollinger-ellison syndrome tumour name as gastrinomas triggers more secretion of gastrin which further triggers excess secretion of hydrochloric acid, resulting in peptic ulcer in the duodenum and other parts of small intestine.
