Explain why droplets of water are formed on the outer surface of a chilled soft drink bottle, and not on the outer surface of a soft drink bottle at room temperature?

The air around the soft drink bottles contains water vapours. When these water vapours come in contact with the cold, outside surface of soft drink bottle, they condense to form tiny drops of liquid water and hence we see the water droplets on the outer surface of this bottle.
On the other hand, the water vapours that come in contact with the outside surface of soft drink bottle at room temperature do not get condensed, so no droplets of water are observed.
