THIS STATEMENT TELLS US THAT FATS ARE STORED IN OUR BODY. THEY GIVE US ENERGY WHENEVER REQUIRED. THEY GIVE MUCH MORE ENERGY THAN CARBOHDRATES. THEY ARE MADE UP OF CARBON, HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN.
