Find the number of digits in the square root of the following numbers
a) 64
b) 256
c) 15625
d) 394384

There is technique for this. Firstly, we put bars on pairs of digits from right to left.If one number is left,then u have to place one bar on it.Count the bars and  u have the no. of digits in its square root. By this, we get the no. of digits in the these following numbers as:-

1. 64 = 1 digit.
2. 256 = 2 digits.
3. 15625 = 3 digits
4. 394384 = 3 digits.
