We know that, Perimeter of triangle=Sum of all sidesGiven sides are m+2n, 3m+3n, and 2m-6n
 So,Perimeter of triangle=m+2n+3m+3n+2m-6n                                   =m+3m+2m+2n+3n-6n                                   =6m-n⇒Perimeter of triangle=6m-n
