(i) velocity in 0 to 4 sec = Displacement/time
                                      =8/4=2m/s
(ii) velocity between 4 to 6 sec is zero as there is no displacement or the body is stationary.
(iii) velocity between 6 to 9 sec will be
       v =(14-8)/3    =6/3      =2m/s
(iv) average velocity = total displacement/ total time
      for 0 to 4sec =8/4=2m/s
     for 0 to 6 sec =8/6 =1.33m/s8/6 =1.33m/s
     for 0 to 9 sec =14/9=1.55m/s14/9=1.55m/s
