- Muscle cells in human body are elongated or spindle in shape.
- During maturation RBC takes different shapes. The sphere-shaped red blood cells are known as spherocytes
- Due to congenital disorder the red blood cells have an elliptical or oval shape.
- Chlamydomonas, a single – celled plant, the body is oval/ rounded in shape.
