b. It gives us an information about what an average person is likely to earn and therefore is an important indicator of development.

These included countries  like USA,  Norway, Australia, Sweden  However, Countries with  per capita income of Rs 37,000 or below are categorised as low-income countries. This may include for instance India.
d. Other examples like average life expectancy, literacy rate also gives us an important information about heath, education standards of a country.

f. Literacy rate which is the  proportion of the population over age fifteen that can read and write. It gives us a more holistic approach and understanding of the concept of developemnt as it includes thoses areas which are required to lead a quality life.
