How can magnetic field increase if length of the wire is increased? Since magnetic field decreases when current is decreased and if length is increased,resistance wud increase and current will decrease

Dear student, Don't consider the resistance part here though after increasing length resistance will increase but we can maintain same current by applying more potential difference. The main thing is that if you increase length of conductor, the current element size will increase and thus it will create more magnetic field around it and thus it increases the magnetic field.
