How can we say that equality of election process is improving in india.

We we can assume that the quality in election process in India is is improving by following statements:-
1- the election commission of India has a ceiling limit on the expenditure that could be done by political parties this gives an upper hand to less influential representatives who have so much wealth.
2- the election commission provides for an arrangement where all the representatives have to to produce documents regarding their wealth and property.
3- there has been an effective delimitation of constituencies on the basis of population that gives equal representation to states and areas in parliament.
