How does the heart regulates in human beings?

Dear student,
The question seems to be incomplete. Assuming the question as "how does the heartbeat is regulated in human beings", the answer will be as follows:
It is the human body nervous system , hormones which regulates the heart beat in humans. It affects the sinoatrial node(SA node) of the heart.
The noradrenaline and adrenaline affects and regulates the sympathetic nervous system and regulates the heartbeat by speeding it up.
Parallelly, the acetylcholine regulates the parasympathetic nervous system and it lowers the heart rate.
This is how both the nervous system with the neurotransmitters and the endocrine system with the hormonal actions in the body regulates the heart beat in humans.
Regards
