Here is the explanation.
Collinear points are those which lie on the same line.
No circle can be drawn through 3 collinear points simultaneously.
Example : Consider 3 collinear pints M, N and P.
It is clear that no circle can be drawn using all three points at a same time. Although, using 2 points at a time we can drawn a circle.
Circle I is drawn using points M and P.
Circle II is drawn using points M and N.
Circle III is drawn using points N and P.
