citizens Parliament can amend these rights only by a Constitutional
Amendment without making changes in the basic structure of the
Constitution During national emergency these Fundamental Rights are
suspended Moreover, Parliament while acting against the Fundamental
Rights of the citizens should not violate the due process of
law
