How parliament control the fundamental rights?

Dear student,

Fundamental Rights are the basic rights mentioned in the Constitution of India for essential development and independence of citizens. Parliament can amend these rights only by a Constitutional Amendment without making changes in the basic structure of the Constitution.During national emergency  these Fundamental Rights are suspended. Moreover, Parliament while acting against the Fundamental Rights of the citizens should not violate the due process of law.

Regards.
