How to calculate time?
Eg. If it is 12 noon at London then what is the time at Sydney?
Please explain.
Time is calculated by imaginary lines longitudes. we divide earth in 360 longitudes, It is further divided in to 60 minute and each minute is further divided in to 60 seconds.
One rotation of the Earth take 24 hours so 360/24 = 15 So each hour is divide by 15. so Each longitude represent FOUR MINUTES.
So by calculating number of longitudes of difference between to place, we can calculate time difference between two countries or places.
