Human baby resembles man but the tadpole does not resemble. Give reason ?

The embryology, origin and development of tadpole and humans are entirely different and also the genetics differ in both the organisms which makes them different from each other. Tadpole belongs to phylum amphibia and human belongs to phylum animalia. Both possess their characteristic feature different from one another.
