I need some more content / examples to understand present perfect tense, especially the identification of past participle to be used in the sentences.

For e.g. the below sentence has to be completed in present perfect tense

Can we go out? After I have ______________________

Which out of the below two answer is correct and why?

1) Can we go out? After I have eaten my lunch.

2) Can we go out? After I have had my lunch.

If both of the above sentences are not correct (showing the present perfect tense usage), please let me know the mistake and the correction required here.

Thanks.

Present perfect tense indicates actions in recent past. Present perfect tense always uses the past participle form of the verb.
For example, He has gone to the market.
I have read the book.
They have finished the work.

In the example given by you, both the options are correct.

1. Can we go out? After I have eaten my lunch.

"Have eaten" is present perfect tense. It takes the past participle form of the main verb "eat". Hence, "have eaten" is the correct answer.

2. Can we go out? After I have had my lunch.

Similarly, "have had" is also the correct answer. It takes the past participle form of the main verb "have".
However, between the two sentences, we use the second sentence more frequently.
