(A) 2:1 (B) 2:3 (C) 1:2 (D) 3:2 ?

I provided with four options. You see it is a Multiple-Choice-Question. However, 3:4, the answer everyone is arriving at, is not supplied in the question. Is 3:4 the correct answer? if so, why is it not provided in the question?

Please answer. I am sure the question isn't mistaken!
