I have the opinion that we don 't need a;; the education skilled base.then we have a sufficient number of vocational institutions which are providing the necessary skilled based education.

my knowledge friend has beautifully analise that sducation should be skill base.you can also imagin that what the fature would be if we have only skilled base manpower without the personal having knowledges base education

i fell that knowledge base education is a must for a developing countery like ours.we need managers,professionals of a high order who can plans desingn things seeing the need of time.these professionals can 's be form plumbers or technicians.they should be comming from colledges and universities like IITs,IIMs..,etc.where knowledge base educations is imarted...

  It is true Our young generation needs to be skilled in order to get employment.It is very much important to get skills and only then we can think of a bright future of a country.   Debates are mandatory because today if we have only knowledge its equivalent to having nothing . Todays job industry is mainly focussing on skill based people who can bring success and will prosper with help of skill. I am not saying that education is useless it is usefull but only with the skill to apply them

  If the argument is that we should teach more vocational skills in school, then I support that. I see no reason to say the current school system is at all effective. For starters we need to encourage individual initiative, where students who try hard whether academically, vocationally, socially or physically are both looked at in high regard. While those who may not succeed in these categories are encouraged to try harder, possibly through taking courses more centered on these skills. I also say we teach kids more day-to-day skills and knowledge, such as how mortgages work and easy ways to pay them off, sure these kind of things may be talked about now but if we emphasize them then students would be a lot better off in life after high school.

• Successful future demands more on life skills

   

  If u remain a bookworm, Nothing is gonna happen to you. Your marks decides your job, But if you don't know time management then u are definitely getting fired. But if you have an average job, You can always use your skills to goal higher. So it is not the academics in the front line towards success but the promotion in life skills which takes academics where it has to reach the person who possess it.
